FAQ
Good questions,

Everything you might want to know before you begin. If something is missing, just ask.
What does CHASE cost?
€499.00 one-time setup for initial personalisation and programming, then €99.00 per month maintenance. Prices exclude applicable VAT and agreed third-party charges.
What is the launch offer?
A 10% saving on the setup fee only: €449.10 instead of €499.00, saving €49.90. Monthly maintenance stays at €99.00.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. An enquiry is free, does not create an order and no payment is taken. You receive a proposal with the full scope, price and terms before you decide.
How do I pay?
Once you accept your proposal, payment is taken securely through Stripe. Your card details are handled only by Stripe and are never stored by AnswerQuay.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Consumers generally have 14 days from the contract date to cancel without giving a reason. After that, you can stop renewal at any time from your account's billing settings. Business purchases follow the cancellation terms in the proposal.
Will CHASE pretend to be a person?
No. CHASE introduces itself as an AI assistant. Your greeting, hours, language and escalation rules guide every conversation.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you choose. Recording and transcription need an appropriate notice and retention arrangement, agreed with you before they are enabled.
Can CHASE quote prices or make commitments?
Only from your approved price list. Discounts, refunds, contractual commitments and outward messages require your approval unless a specific permitted action has been agreed.
Is CHASE suitable for doctors and lawyers?
Yes, for administrative support. Clinical decisions and legal advice always go to the qualified practitioner.
Is CHASE an emergency service?
No. You define urgent situations and who to contact, but CHASE must not be used as an emergency response system.
What else might cost extra?
Usage beyond the included allowance, carrier, outbound AI and third-party subscription charges, and website development, domains or hosting. Any extra cost is agreed before it is incurred.
Who provides the service?
AnswerQuay Limited, registered in Ireland, serving Ireland and the United Kingdom.
