What we can say today about the cards, the credit facility and the connected services.

Are Q Global Gold and Platinum credit cards?

Yes. Both are proposed as corporate credit cards with a credit facility, subject to eligibility, underwriting and approval by the responsible authorised provider. They are not prepaid cards.

Can I get a card today?

Not yet. The cards are proposed products. You can register your interest now, and we will contact you as issuing and credit arrangements are confirmed.

Who makes the credit decision?

Credit decisions remain with the legally responsible authorised provider, following its KYC, AML and credit checks.

Which card network will be used?

The Visa network is proposed, subject to issuer agreement. Network branding will only appear once the necessary arrangements are in place.

What are the limits, fees and interest rates?

These have not been set. All limits, fees, interest rates and eligibility criteria will be confirmed by the issuing provider before launch.

How is Platinum different from Gold?

Platinum is the higher tier, with a differentiated service and travel proposition: enhanced support, proposed lounge access, concierge and travel insurance, and advanced reporting. See the comparison page for detail.

What is Quayward?

Quayward is the corporate travel and expense-management platform connected to the cards: booking, approvals, receipts, VAT and accounting reconciliation.

Which countries will be served?

The proposition is being developed for Ireland and the United Kingdom, with other jurisdictions under review.
