Finish the meeting with a plan
Meeting notes are useful only when people can find the decision, the owner, and the next step. A small, repeatable workflow can turn rough notes into something your team can use.

Begin with notes you are allowed to share
Provide your own meeting notes or an authorised summary. AnswerQuay could separate decisions, open questions, and proposed actions. Recording, transcription, and access to confidential material are not assumed and would require separate agreement and suitable consent.
Make uncertainty visible
If the notes do not name an owner or deadline, the output should say “to confirm”. A useful summary does not guess what someone promised. Ask for a short executive summary first, with detail below for the people who need it.
Prepare the follow-through
Once you have checked the summary, a workflow could prepare an action list and a draft follow-up message. Changes to shared systems or messages to participants depend on confirmed integrations and your approval boundaries.
Personalise the format
Tell us whether you want bullet points, a table, or a short narrative; how your team names projects; and what should stay out of the summary. Start with one meeting type, compare the output with the source notes, and refine the brief.
Illustrative workflow. Your final scope and supported connections are agreed with you before purchase.
